Shareholder Guide

Using Online Account Access

Shareholders can perform transactions on their accounts such as buying, redeeming and exchanging shares via the Thornburg web site.

To activate on-line account access, first time users must establish a personal identification number (PIN) by entering your social security or tax ID number and account number, then selecting the "create PIN" option on the Account Selection Screen.

After a PIN is established, return users can access Thornburg's on-line account service anytime by clicking on the "Account Access" link.

Changing your On-line Account Access PIN

Change your on-line account access personal identification number (PIN) by selecting the "change PIN" option on the Account Selection Screen.

On-line Account Access Security

Thornburg's on-line account access provides full 40 bit encryption using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) from the user's Web browser to the transaction web site across the Internet. If a user's browser does not support SSL, then they may not be able to use the account access feature. A secure browser is required for account inquiry and financial transactions.
